Are you stuck or overwhelmed?
Are you in a transition or having to make a decision?
Do you want to improve your relationship? The one with yourself, with a partner or a spiritual relationship?
Are there qualities you have difficulty expressing, e.g. Anger? Do you want to change the direction you’re moving in, or earn more money?

Are you stuck or overwhelmed?
Are you in a transition or having to make a decision?
Do you want to improve your relationship? The one with yourself, with a partner or a spiritual relationship?
Are there qualities you have difficulty expressing, e.g. Anger?
Do you want to change the direction you’re moving in, or earn more money?

These are some of the questions you may be dealing with that could lead you to playing the Game. The Game originated at Findhorn, a spiritual community and educational centre in Scotland, which was established in the 1960’s. Peter and Eileen Caddy and their 2 children and their friend Dorothy Maclean, were living in a caravan on Findhorn beach. None of the 3 adults was employed (Peter tried repeatedly and  unsuccessfully to find work). Part of what they did to sustain themselves was to plant vegetables – in beach sand! – and the gardens they grew became a phenomenon. They were growing 20lb cabbages, lettuces, carrots etc which were nutritionally brilliant, and scientists came from all over the world to see what was going on there. In time people came to work in the gardens and so the community started to grow.

Today there are about 200 people who live there on a permanent basis and many others who come from all over the world to participate in the life there for periods of a week to months and sometimes longer. They run all kinds of workshops, one of which is the Game.

The Transformation Game is a self-reflective tool that can help you examine how your beliefs and attitudes contribute to your experiences. It can surface aspects of yourself that may be preventing you from reaching your goals. It can also affirm innate/dormant strengths and talents and lead you to an understanding of how best to put them to use. One version I work with is a board game. I usually play with 4 people (I do solo Games and couples Games as well) and ask each person to bring to the Game an issue which they want to work with. Over the course of the weekend, there is interaction with other players, feedback from the Game (in the form of cards) and from me. It’s a time for inner exploration and generally people experience a shift in perspective and profound healing.

Another version of the Game is the Group Game which is played on a single path on the floor. The path is made up of blocks, each of which represents a different aspect of life and players move from one block to another. Often there is an overall theme and the players are divided into groups and play as a group so that they can explore what happens to them in that situation. The first group we ever belong to is our family, so unresolved issues that we have with family members are some of the things which surface. It’s an opportunity to look at where you are good and not so good at being a team player and how you can use that to your advantage or work with it. This version is played over 3 evenings and 2 days.

THE FOUNDATION: Pre Module 1 for either Life Alignment Course or Vortex Alignment Course

This underlies the other techniques and is a more recent addition, but at the same time is fundamental to learning the other two – the third being Vortex Alignment. It’s also about correcting imbalances in the body-mind-spirit system and works with releasing whatever is locked into the cells. It’s a very simple, and at the same time powerful technique to learn
and allows for a flow of healing energy into the body, which helps the body to heal. The feeling one experiences during a treatment is one of something being drawn out of the

  • Muscle testing and using a pendulum
  • Body points to be used as balancing points
  • Balancing procedure
  • Vortex centres – points to place the 2 vortex cards used in The Foundation specifically
  • Working with priorities
  • Releasing Pain
  • Emotional Release
  • Modalities/Home support

This is a vibrational healing technique which works by priority. It could be the neurological system if the headaches are being caused by something in the nervous system or brain. Then again it could be a chakra or an emotion. We find out what’s needed using muscle testing, and this will show us the route to take. The muscle test shows the physical body points that need to be addressed and their underlying emotional components. Problems can be addressed on a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual level and involve clearing energy and emotional blockages, depending on what has been locked into the system at a cellular level. As a Body Alignment practitioner I include The Foundation and Vortex alignment in the treatment, depending on what comes up as priority. People experience many different sensations during treatment, and process and release longheld emotional patterns.

There are 7 modules in all.

Module 1

  • Revisiting muscle testing and dowsing with a pendulum
  • You learn about 60 body points and how to balance them, some basic emotional balancing and how to balance pain.
  • The course runs for 2 days

Module 2

  • Module 2 takes students a lot deeper into emotional balancing. You learn additional body points and how to balance chakras, meridians, how to clear energy blockages, deeper and chronic pain balancing, long distance balancing, aligning of the subtle bodies with the physical body.
  • With The Foundation, Module 1 and even more so with Module 2 you can already do very effective balances, where people experience profound shifts, both physically and emotionally/spiritually.
  • The course is run over 4 days or two weekends

There are 7 modules in Body Alignment and when Jeff Levin, the originator of this technique was preparing to teach module 5 for the first time, he was guided to create the first five cards (there are now 14), which amplified the balances he was doing. The Vortex cards are a result of years of exploration and research into the field of environmental pollution and its detrimental effect on our bodies. This includes electromagnetic radiation, (from computers, microwaves, electrical appliances etc.), geopathic stress and toxic subtle energies. Their purpose is to balance and clear these energies, create a more harmonious environment, enhance our vitality and well-being. The cards have demonstrated remarkable ability to heal the body, relieve pain, structural alignment, balanced the organs and body systems, chakras and the subtle energy fields.

  • The Foundation is a prerequisite to Vortex 1.
  • Revisiting muscle testing and dowsing with a pendulum.
  • Body points.
  • Vortex centres – cards are placed on these to produce the most effective healing.
  • Vortex cards – getting to know each one, what it can do and where to place it.
  • Balancing procedure including specific sequences (using the cards).
  • Chakra meditation using the cards.
  • Long distance healing.
  • Vortex pillules.
  • Geopathic stress.

Reiki is a natural healing therapy, that was founded by Dr. Mikao Usui in 1926 in Japan, after years of research of ancient Tibetan healing techniques. It is passed on from Reiki Master to student in the form of attunements, which can be highly spiritual experiences as one is opened up to the energy flow. Rei means Universal and Ki mean Life-force, and as such is not based on any belief systems. The student progresses through each level (Level I, Level II, Advanced & Masters) to access greater energy flows, . It is also one of the few self-healing modalities available, and is completely unreliant on the practitioner’s will in any way. The course offered, includes a comprehensive overview of the body, information related to the energetic centres of the body (chakras), hand positions, developing intuition, listening skills, etc.
